Approve the First Amendment to the Master Agreement with Salas O’Brien Engineers Inc. for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Services to extend the term of the Agreement from December 31, 2021 to December 31, 2023, for the sole purpose of allowing the Consultant to continue providing design consulting and construction support services through completion of City Hall Audio Visual System Upgrade, Measure T - Community Centers Improvement, Second St. Block 6 Garage Elevator, 45 North Market St. Garage Elevator and The Tech Interactive Fire Alarm Projects.
