Approve an ordinance amending Chapter 9.44, Regulation of Smoking, of Title 9, Health and Safety, of the San José Municipal Code to prohibit smoking inside multifamily housing units, reduce the exposure to secondhand smoke in alignment with and completion of City Council Policy Priority #18: Smoke Free Housing.
