Actions Related to the Purchase Order with Econolite Control Products, Inc. for Traffic Signal Controllers.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:
(a) Execute a Purchase Order with Econolite Control Products, Inc. (Anaheim, CA) for the purchase of Traffic Signal Controllers, including hardware, software, and maintenance for the twelve-month period, starting on or about December 18, 2019 and ending on or about December 17, 2020, with maximum compensation not to exceed $800,000; and
(b) Exercise up to four additional one-year options to extend the term of the purchase order after the initial term with the last option year ending on or about December 17, 2024, to purchase additional controllers and provide ongoing maintenance and support, subject to the appropriation of funds.
