...Recommendations

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:

(a) Execute a Purchase Order with Ecological Concerns, Inc. (Santa Cruz, CA) for non-native invasive plant removal and control and seeding services for the Department of Public Works on properties owned by the City of San José along Coyote Creek between Oakland Road and Berryessa Road, for an initial twelve-month period, starting on or about August 20, 2019 and ending on or about August 19, 2020 for an amount not to exceed $140,000; and

(b) Exercise up to four one-year options to extend the term of the Purchase Order with the last option year ending on or about August 19, 2024, subject to the annual appropriation of funds.
