(a) Accept the status report on the workplan and implementation schedules for projects included in the approved Measure T Bond measure.
(b) Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute agreements with PG&E for the financing and installation of up to 27,000 LED streetlights and up to 7,500 LED outdoor lights at public facilities, in an amount not to exceed $18 million, to be paid back through energy savings over a period not to exceed ten years.
