Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:
(a) Execute a Purchase Order with Patterson Veterinary Supply, Inc. (Greeley, CO) for veterinary medicine and medical supplies for stray animals at the Animal Care Center for an initial twelve-month period, starting on or about January 1, 2019 and ending on or about December 31, 2019, for an amount not-to-exceed $425,000; and
(b) Execute up to four one-year options to extend the term of the Purchase Order with the last option year ending on or about December 31, 2023, subject to the annual appropriation of funds.
