Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to Purchase Order 55756 with Security Alert Systems of California (Gilroy, CA) to increase the amount of total compensation by $275,000, for a revised maximum compensation not to exceed $500,000; and extend the term of the purchase order by nine months to August 13, 2019 for ongoing monitoring and repair of security and fire alarms.
