Adopt a resolution approving a Planned Development Permit Amendment and Determination of Public Convenience or Necessity to allow the off-sale of a full range of alcoholic beverages as incidental to a new 6,600-square foot grocery store at a new grocery market (290 square feet dedicated to alcohol sales) in a vacant tenant space on a 2.25-gross acre site zoned A(PD), located at the southeast corner of Southwest Expressway and Fruitdale Avenue (1520 Southwest Expressway).

CEQA: Categorically Exempt, CEQA Guidelines Section 15301(a), Existing Facilities, PDA07-007-02 and ABC18-003. Planning Commission recommends approval (7-0-0). (Planning, Building and Code Enforcement)
