Adopt a resolution to:
a. Set a Public Hearing for Tuesday, August 7, 2018, at 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers, to approve the placement of the 2018-2019 annual Residential Solid Waste Collection Service Charges on the 2018-2019 Santa Clara County Secured Property Tax Roll based upon the annual Residential Solid Waste Collection Service Charge report of the Director of Finance; and
b. Direct the City Clerk to publish notice of the filing of the Director’s report, and the time and place of the Public Hearing.
