(a) Authorize travel for Mayor Liccardo to Washington D.C. to attend the Silicon Valley Leadership Group Advocacy Trip from February 27-28, 2018, as an official representative of the City of San José. (b) Authorize an excused absence for Mayor Liccardo from the following meetings due to Authorized City Business: (1) Any duration of the February 27, 2018 meeting of the San José City Council after Mayor Liccardo departs the San José International Airport. (2) February 28, 2018 meeting of the Rules and Open Government Committee and Committee of the Whole. Source of Funds: Mayor/Council Travel Budget.
