(a) Approve an ordinance adding Chapter 14.35 to Title 14 of the San José Municipal Code to adopt a new Basic Infrastructure Impact Fee associated with implementation of the Diridon Station Area Plan.
(b) Approve an ordinance amending Chapter 4.80 of Title 4 of the San José Municipal Code to add a new Part 70 to establish the Diridon Station Area Impact Fee Fund.
