Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or their designee to negotiate and execute the Seventh Amendment to the Agreement with Signature Technologies, Inc., dba Com-Net Software for the purchase and installation of a public address system, to extend maintenance and support services for up to two additional one-year options (for a total of 14) through January 14, 2025, with maximum compensation not to exceed $131,275 for the option period beginning January 15, 2023 and ending January 14, 2024, subject to the appropriation of funds.
