Approval of District 4 Clean-Up Events Sponsored By Council District 4 as a City Council Sponsored Special Event to Expend City Funds and Accept Donations of Materials and Services for the Event.

As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on May 30, 2018:
1. Approve the District 4 Santa Clara VTA and George Mayne Elementary School Beautification Event scheduled on June 9, 2018 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.
2. Approve the District 4 Brooktree Elementary and Milpitas Christian Elementary School Dumpster Day scheduled on June 16, 2018 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.
3. Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses or community groups to support the event.
