Actions Related to the Purchase Order with Bayscape Landscape Management and Brightview Landscape Services for Landscape Services.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:
(a) Execute Purchase Orders with Bayscape Landscape Management (San José, CA) and Brightview Landscape Services (San José, CA) for landscape renovation and repairs services for special district landscape areas, for an initial twelve-month period, starting on or about December 1, 2017 and ending on or about November 30, 2018, for a total aggregate amount not-to-exceed $1,530,000;
(b) Approve a 10% contingency of $153,000 to use if the City’s requirement for the service exceeds estimates; and
(c) Execute up to four additional one-year options to extend the term of the Purchase Order, with the last option year ending on or about November 30, 2022, subject to the annual appropriation of funds.
