...Recommendations

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:

(a)                     Execute a purchase order with Schindler Elevator, Corporation (San Leandro, CA) to replace machinery and equipment of two elevators at the Police Communications Building for the term beginning on or about April 1, 2019 and ending on or about October 1, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $765,296.

(b)                     Approve a contingency of $153,000 for any unforeseen changes or modifications to the new machinery and equipment for the two elevators, subject to the appropriation of funds.

CEQA: Not a Project, File No. PP17-003, Agreements/Contracts (New or Amended) resulting in no physical changes to the environment. (Finance)
