...Recommendations

(1) Adopt a resolution designating 485 S. 16th Street (Mark and Hazel Hopkins House) (HL22-001) as a City Landmark of special historical, architectural, cultural, aesthetic or engineering interest or value of an historic nature in the Naglee Park Conservation Area.

(2) Adopt a resolution approving the proposed Historical Property (Mills Act) (MA22-001) Contract for 485 S. 16th Street between the City of San José and the property owner.
