Actions Related to the Purchase Orders with Coast Counties Truck & Equipment Company and FJM Truck and Trailer Center, LLC for Heavy Equipment and Maintenance Service.

...Recommendations

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:

(a)  Amend purchase orders with Coast Counties Truck & Equipment Company (San José, CA) and FJM Truck and Trailer Center, LLC (San José, CA) for heavy equipment and maintenance services to increase the total compensation by $500,000, for a maximum compensation not-to-exceed $850,000 for the periods ending February 22, 2024, and April 3, 2024, respectively; and

(b)  Exercise up to four one-year options to extend the terms of the purchase orders with the last options ending on or about February 22, 2028, and April 3, 2028, respectively, subject to the appropriation of funds.

CEQA: Not a project, File No. PP17-003, Agreements/Contracts (New or Amended) resulting in no physical changes to the environment. (Finance)
