(a) Conduct a final public hearing on the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report.
(b) Accept the report on the progress towards achieving the housing and community development goals identified in the City of San José’s 2020-2025 Consolidated Plan and the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Annual Action Plan regarding the use of federal funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for submittal by the September 28, 2022 deadline.
