Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute:
(a) First Amendment to the Master Agreement for consultant services with Callander Associates Landscape Architecture, Inc. (CPMS Contract No. 9192), extending the term from December 31, 2022, to December 31, 20,24 to complete various ongoing facility projects, at no additional cost to the City;
(b) First Amendment to the Master Agreement for consultant services with Myer Studio Land Architects (CPMS Contract No. 9192) extending the term from December 31, 2022, to December 31, 2024, to complete various ongoing facility projects, at no additional cost to the City; and
(c) First Amendment to the Master Agreement for consultant services with Royston, Hanamoto, Alley & Abey (CPMS Contract No. 9192), extending the term from December 31, 2022, to December 31, 2024, to complete various ongoing facility projects, at no additional cost to the City.
