ADJOURNMENT: This meeting is adjourned in memory of Richard Kavanagh, who passed on February 27, 2018. Richard was a longtime resident of District 9, and an active force for good in the community where he served as a volunteer firefighter for many years. It was in that role that Richard met his wife, Helen, whom he married and lived with for over 50 years. He cherished life and loved his wife, their three children and a Maltipoo dog named Rosie. Richard was also a gifted handyman who operated a sprinkler and maintenance business to support his family. After a long battle with cancer, Richard passed away with his beloved wife by his side. Richard's courage, fortitude and steady hand will be missed by all of us. (Rocha)   Video Video
