As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on March 26, 2025:
(a) Approve the Fourth of July Fireworks at Lake Cunningham scheduled on July 4, 2025 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds; and
(b) Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses, or community groups to support the event.
