1.  Retroactively approve the Berryessa Art Festival scheduled on February 14, 2024, as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.

2.  Approve the District 4 Santos Family Car Show scheduled on August 31, 2024, as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.

3.  Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses, or community groups to support the event.

4.  Place the item on the March 19, 2024 Council Agenda for action.
