(1) Accept the Second Quarter (period ending December 31, 2023)
     Financial Reports for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 for the following
     programs:
          (a) Debt Management;
          (b) Investment Management;
          (c) Revenue Management; and
          (d) Purchasing & Risk Management

(2) Refer and cross-reference the Second Quarter Financial Reports for
     Fiscal Year 2023-2024 to the March 12, 2024, City Council Meeting
     for full adoption; and

(3) Forward recommendation to the City Council for the
     March 12, 2024 City Council meeting to adopt a resolution
     authorizing the Director of Finance to write-off uncollectible
     debts in an amount up to $1,053,825.71.
