(a) Approve extending the Measure E Real Property Transfer Tax Refund for Qualifying Nonprofit Real Property Transfers Pilot Program by one year, to June 30, 2024; and
(b) Approve an ordinance amending Section 4.59.230 of Chapter 4.59 of Title 4 of the San José Municipal Code that extends the Measure E Real Property Transfer Tax Refund for Qualifying Nonprofit Real Property Transfers Pilot Program to real property purchases that occur by June 30, 2024.
