Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute the Fifth Amendment to the Agreement with Ernst & Young, LLP (San José, California) for consulting support to assist the City of San José in strategic management of COVID-19 funding sources and provide technical guidance related to a comprehensive disaster cost recovery model, to increase compensation by $350,000 for a revised amount not-to-exceed $1,850,000 and extend the contract term to December 31, 2023.
