Actions Related to Citywide Open Purchase Order with AT&T for Firstnet Products and Services.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:
(a) Amend citywide open purchase order OP 62482 with AT&T (Atlanta, GA) for the purchase of as-required AT&T FirstNet products and services through CalNet to increase compensation by $1,000,000 for a revised maximum compensation of $3,500,000 for the current option ending August 7, 2023, subject to the appropriation of funds;
(b) Negotiate and execute additional annual options to extend the purchase order as required, subject to the appropriation of funds, and
(c) Negotiate and execute FirstNet-related contract documentation as required, subject to the appropriation of funds.
