Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:
(a) Negotiate and execute purchase orders with HCI Environmental & Engineering Service (Corona, CA) to extend services for up to four additional six-month option terms for a total of ten options through December 30, 2025, subject to the appropriation of funds; and
(b) Negotiate and execute purchase orders with Tucker Construction, Inc. (San Joseì, CA) to extend services for up to four additional six-month option terms for a total of ten options through December 30, 2025, subject to the appropriation of funds.
