Approve an agreement with Hanson Bridgett, LLP to provide legal and investigative services as the Evaluator and Investigator to the San Jose Board of Fair Campaign and Political Practices for four-year term beginning July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2027 in the amount not to exceed $300,000, subject to appropriation of funds.
