Amendment to the Agreement with County of Santa Clara for Homeless Encampment Clean-up Services.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:
(a) Negotiate and execute the Second Amendment to the Agreement with County of Santa Clara for Homeless Encampment Clean-Up Services to increase compensation by $1,800,000 for a maximum compensation of $2,025,000 extending the agreement through May 2027; and
(b) Negotiate and execute additional agreements and amendments with the County of Santa Clara related to Homeless Encampment Clean-Up Services.
