Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement between the City of Milpitas and the City of San José for animal care and services for an initial term beginning July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026, for an initial total compensation to the City of $1,655,697, with a mutual option to extend the agreement for two additional three-year terms, potentially through June 30, 2032, for a total compensation of $5,613,115.
