Regional Active Transportation Program Grant from the Metropolitan Transportation Commission for the Story-Keyes Complete Streets Project.

Adopt a "Resolution of Local Support" to receive Regional Active Transportation Program grant funding from the Metropolitan Transportation Commission for the Story-Keyes Complete Streets project that indicates the City will:
(a) Follow all grant program requirements, delivery timelines, and provide the required local match;
(b) Complete the project as identified in the grant application(s); and
(c) Authorize the City Manager or designee to negotiate and execute grant agreements and all documents necessary to effectuate the grant agreements with MTC and the California Department of Transportation in an amount not to exceed $3,656,000 for the Story-Keyes Complete Streets project.
