Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute:
(a) Agreement between the City of San José and Santa Clara Valley Medical Center for the cost of sexual assault forensic exam services for the San José Police Department, in an amount not to exceed $648,350 for the period of July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023; and
(b) Four additional annual renewal options with the total amount of compensation for the entire contract not to exceed $3,241,750, subject to the appropriation of funds.
