Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to exercise up to four one-year options to extend the term of the purchase order with Mechanical Analysis/Repair, Inc. dba Martech (Lodi, CA) for overhaul and repair services for rotating equipment and transmission pump stations, Floway, and other pumps, with the last option ending on or about June 29, 2027, subject to the appropriation of funds.
