Extension of Temporary Closure of Spring Street, Asbury Street and Irene Street.
...Recommendations
(a) Adopt a resolution to extend the temporary closure of the following streets within the Guadalupe Gardens for 18 months, from April 19, 2023 to October 19, 2024:
(1) Spring Street between Hedding Street and Asbury Street,
(2) Asbury Street between Walnut Street and Irene Street, and
(3) Irene Street between Taylor Street and Asbury Street.
(b) Conduct a public hearing on the proposed temporary closure of Spring Street between Asbury and Taylor Street.
(c) Adopt a resolution for the temporary closure of Spring Street between Asbury Street and Taylor Street, within the Guadalupe Gardens.
