(1) Adopt a resolution designating 619 N. First Street (HL22-003) as a City Landmark of special historical, architectural, cultural, aesthetic or engineering interest or value of an historic nature.

(2) Adopt a resolution approving the Historical Property Contract (Mills Act) between the City of San José and the property owner, Jamila Stanford, for the property located at 619 N. First Street (APN: ) on a 0.18-gross acre site.
