1.  Approve the City Hall Tower and Rotunda lighting in clover green scheduled on March 11-18, 2023 for St. Patrick’s Day and in celebration of the City’s sister city relationship with Dublin, Ireland, as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.

2.  Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses or community groups to support the event.

3.  Place the item on the March 14, 2023 Council Agenda for action.
