Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to negotiate and execute the Fourth Amendment to the Agreement with Ernst & Young, LLP (San José, California) for consulting support to assist the City of San José in strategic management of COVID-19 funding sources and provide technical guidance related to a comprehensive disaster cost recovery model, to increase compensation by $260,000 for a revised amount not-to-exceed $1,500,000 and extend the contract term to June 30, 2023.
