Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or their designee to:
(a) Amend purchase order OP 62540 with Bear Electrical Solutions, Inc. (Alviso, CA) for traffic signal installation and maintenance services to increase the total compensation by $1,080,000, for a maximum compensation not-to-exceed $1,400,000 for the period ending August 17, 2023.
(b) Exercise up to four one-year options to extend the term of the purchase order with the last option ending on or about August 17, 2027, subject to the appropriation of funds.
