1.  Retroactively approve the District 5 Vision Board Party scheduled on December 20, 2022, and the Street Banner Unveiling Event scheduled on December 22, 2022, as City Council sponsored Special Events and approve the expenditure of funds.

2.  Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses or community groups to support the events.

3.  Place the item on the January 24, 2023 Council Agenda for action.
