(a) Public hearing to consider the renewal of the San José Hotel Business Improvement District for an additional ten years from its current expiration date of June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2033.
(b) Public hearing to approve the budget and the levy of assessments for the renewed San José Hotel Business Improvement District beginning Fiscal Year 2023-2024.
(c) Adopt a resolution of formation renewing the San José Hotel Business Improvement District, approving the assessment rate and budget, and authorizing the levy of assessments beginning Fiscal Year 2023-2024.
(d) Approve an uncodified ordinance renewing the San José Hotel Business Improvement District, approving the assessment rate and budget, and authorizing the levy of assessments beginning Fiscal Year 2023-2024.
