Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute a Second Amendment to the Consultant Agreement with Sloan Sakai Yeung Wong, LLP (formerly Renne Sloan Holtzman & Sakai, LLP) (Emeryville, CA) for labor consulting services in connection with labor matters to extend the contract term for an additional year from December 31, 2022 through December 31, 2023 for a contract amount not to exceed $424,500, subject to the appropriation of funds.
