...Recommendations

(a) Interview four applicants for appointment to the Public Member Seats of both Retirement Boards;

(b) Appoint up to two applicants as a Public Member of the Board of Administration for the Federated Retirement Plan Board to a term ending November 30, 2026;

(c) Appoint up to three applicants as a Public Member of the Board of Administration for the Police and Fire Retirement Plan Board to a term ending November 30, 2026; and

(d) If a vacancy remains, direct the City Clerk to continue recruitment for any vacant positions.
