...Recommendation

1.  Retroactively approve Movie Nights and Jazz Concerts at Cahill Park, the Municipal Rose Garden, and Rosemary Gardens Park, that were scheduled on July 23, August 6, August 13, August 27, and October 1, 2022, as a City Council sponsored Special Events and approve the expenditure of funds.

2.  Retroactively approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses or community groups that supported the events.

3.  Place the item on the November 8, 2022 Council Agenda for action.
