Actions Related to the Purchase Order with Waterworks Industries Incorporated for Lake Management and Maintenance Services.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:
(a) Execute a purchase order with Waterworks Industries Incorporated (Windsor, CA) for lake management and maintenance services for an initial one-year term, starting on or about October 12, 2022, and ending on or about October 11, 2023, for a not-to exceed amount of $275,000; and
(b) Exercise up to four additional one-year options to extend the term of the purchase order with the last option year ending on or about October 11, 2027, subject to the appropriation of funds.
