Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement between the City and Concern: Employee Assistance Program for an Employee Assistance Program and Critical Incident Response Program for a four-year term for the period of January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2026, with an option to extend an additional two years, for a total cost not to exceed $3,481,561, subject to the annual appropriation of funds.
