Approve an ordinance amending Chapter 2.08 of Title 2 of the San José Municipal Code to:
(a) Amend Section 2.08.080 authorizing the Community Stabilization and Opportunity Pathways Fund Commission to establish its own procedural rules and regulations; and
(b) Add a new Part 50 establishing the Community Stabilization and Opportunity Pathways Fund Commission.
