Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute an Amendment to the Agreement with Pacific Secured Equities, DBA Intercare Holdings Insurance Services, Inc. to extend the term of the Agreement from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2025 and to increase the compensation by $16,618,903 for a total amount of compensation not to exceed of $32,582,834, subject to annual appropriation of funds.
