Approve an ordinance amending Sections 3.28.700 and 3.28.725 of Chapter 3.28 of Title 3 of the San José Municipal Code to clarify that City will pay the normal contributions for Tier 1 members at 30 years of City service credit in the Federated City Employees’ Retirement System.
