Approve a military equipment use policy, including an inventory, and two additional requested military equipment items, and an ordinance adding Section 2.04.4030 to Chapter 2.04 of Title 2 of the San José Municipal Code titled “Military Equipment Use Policy” to comply with California Assembly Bill 481 governing the funding, acquisition, and use of military equipment by law enforcement agencies.
