C22-002 & SP21-043 - City Initiated Conforming Rezoning and Special Use Permit for the Property Located at 1333 Meridian Avenue. - TO BE HEARD IMMEDIATELY AFTER CONSENT

...Recommendations

(1) Approve an ordinance rezoning an approximately 1.35 gross acre site located on the southwest side of the intersection of Meridian Avenue and Camino Monde (1333 Meridian Avenue) from the CO Commercial Office Zoning District to the CP Commercial Pedestrian Zoning District.

(2) Adopt a resolution approving, subject to conditions, a Special Use Permit to allow the addition of a 300-square foot mobile clinic vehicle to be stationed and operated within the rear parking area of an existing medical office building on an approximately 1.35 gross acre site located on the southwest side of the intersection of Meridian Avenue and Camino Monde (1333 Meridian Avenue).
